Gourmet Grilled Cheese
Sundays in the Winter
12 pm to 4 pm
Warm up with wine and gourmet grilled cheese at Shadow Ranch. On Sundays in the winter we offer delicious grilled cheese sandwiches with a side of red pepper and tomato soup.
The last Grilled Cheese Sunday of the season will be April 6, 2025! After that you can look forward to a flurry of fun events throughout April and the beginning of Pizza Sunday Season will begin in May!

Barrel Tasting

This is your chance to taste the 2023 Zinfandel and 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon prior to bottling! A great opportunity to talk with Winemaker Sam Patterson about his winemaking techniques and to purchase futures on your favorites.

Blending Party
This is a fun opportunity to make your own red blend!
Owner and winemaker Sam Patterson will discuss his process when creating the Cotes du Ombre (our GSM blend) before handing over the reins to you! You'll get to mix and match different varietals and try your hand at being winemaker for a day!
Take home a sample bottle of your own creation at the end of this experience and show off your winemaking skills to your friends and family. You'll even have the chance to create your own custom label!
$50/person or $40 for Club Members, up to 4 per party. Sign in with the email you have on file at Shadow Ranch to receive your club member discount.
